LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC, "Kilroy") announced today that North America’s leader in sustainable real estate has entered into an amended lease agreement with Nuro, an autonomous delivery vehicle company, to extend the term and expand the square footage at 1290-1300 Terra Bella Avenue in Mountain View, CA. The new lease totals approximately 114,000 square feet, more than doubling the original 56,000 square feet Nuro occupied since 2017. The property is now 100% leased.
The Terra Bella property is located in Silicon Valley’s most innovative community with excellent access via the 101 freeway and public transportation. The surrounding office submarket has long been one of the Valley’s most coveted locations with Google, Microsoft, and various other large technology companies occupying several buildings nearby.
