Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc. (“Hartman XX”) is a REIT set up by The Hartman Companies. Hartman XX has a portfolio of short term income properties under its management. Hartman XX is a Maryland corporation formed on February 5, 2009, to acquire, develop and own office, retail, industrial, and warehouse properties.
